WE HAVE USED FRITZ IN THE PAST WITH NO PROBLEM. WE NEVER EVEN GOT ANOTHER BID. NOW, WE ARE OUT $10,000 AND ARE LOOKING TO HAVE ALL HIS WORK REDONE AT MORE MONEY. HE REFUSES TO FIX AND/OR REFUND OUR MONEY AND NOW AN ATTORNEY IS ENVOLVED. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY... CHECK HIS RECORD WITH THE BBB - ALSO OTHER COMPLAINTS. HE JUST TAKES THE MONEY AND DOESN'T RESPOND TO ANY MISTAKES. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES, WE THOUGHT ALL WOULD BE FINE SINCE WE HAVE BEEN FRIENDS {PER SAY} WITH JIM FOR 35 YEARS. DON'T TRUST THIS GUY... HE DOESN'T STAND BEHIND HIS WORK AND/OR WORKERS. SIGNING A CONTRACT MEANS NOTHING TO THIS COMPANY... HE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FRIENDS LIKE THIS! HE IS MORE CONCERNED WITH EXPANDING HIS BUISNESS THAN TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS. WHEN THE CREW DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH, AND THE OWNER IS NEVER ON THE JOB, LOOK OUT! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
