We LOVE our new fireplace.  The designer did a great job helping us pick out the right stone.  They were very knowledgeable and worked with our electrician to secure the TV over the fireplace.  The installer did an excellent job.  He worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect.  He said he looks at every job as if it is in his own home.  The end result far exceeds our expectations.  Great company.

The fireplace turned out beautiful. We have received so many compliments on it. There were a few problems though. It was a very dusty job and I was not told that until right before they started the work. So I had to hurry and cover all my furniture and electronics.The crew were polite but they were messy in addition to the dust. Also there were some problems with some of the work.But Micheal and Sherry, the owners, were very apologetic and receptive to my concerns.They personally came out to address the problems and fix them.I would not hesitate to use this company again as with most home improvements projects there can be problems.But it is how the owners work to resolve these problems that show the integrity of the company and owner.And how Sherry and Michael took care of us shows me that they have great integrity and strive to do their best job and make the customer happy.Very professional people.Don't hesitate to use them.Only giving them a B for overall experience because of mess.
