House Cleaning
I purchased a package of 12 cleaning sessions with this company. They fulfilled 6 of the sessions, but of those 6 times rescheduled on 4 different occasions at the very last minute (within an hour of when they were supposed to be at my house). The actual service they provided was OK--not the outstanding work I would expect from someone professional. The kitchen got very clean, but I felt like the bathroom was never clean when they finished (there were still places where I could see dirt in my bathtub when they left). After they cancelled by e-mail at the last minute for our 7th session, I decided to cancel the package and asked them not to return. I never heard back from them at all.
