"This customer was given a detailed contract which she signed with prices listed, When we were done she said everything was great. The problem that she referred to regarding family was what I told her to get her from calling me so much. She even went with my crew to lunch. I never blamed her for anything but asked her to stop calling me every day. She was sent the bill and she would not pay. I hired a collection agency to collect. The collection agency did not show up at court, and they did not even call me to let me know and the case was dropped. So the massive amount of work was not paid for. We have run a reputable business for 62 years and believe our company treats our customers honestly and fairly."
