The work was perfect. He left the area just like he found it, There wasn't problmes. What stood out the most was that he came when he said he would. He makes sure to do the job the best way possible. He thinks outside of the box!

Great experience, as always. Plumber showed up right on time. He explained what he would be doing. Took about 2.5 hours to complete the job. Cleaned up the work areas afterwards.

All plumbing was expertly installed and configured for our 1940 cottage. All appliances were expertly connected. Design and layout brought old 1940 plumbing up to date -- the plumbers even marked new copper pipes with colored tape throughout the house so that future jobs will be easier. They even cleaned after they worked -- the basement was cleaner after they left than before they arrived! We were impressed overall, but especially by these small touches.

Bill Dye was neither the lowest nor the highest bidder of the seven firms I asked to quote. All of their plumbers who worked on the job were easy to talk to and performed excellent work. The rough-in took about a week. I was very pleased with both the process and the final result and would hire this firm again.

During kitchen remodeling, remodeling workers from another firm discovered a small leak from bathtub drain on second floor. I called Dye Plumbing to repair. Initial attempt at repair was not successful, but they promptly made a second trip and completed the work. I asked for a proposal for installation of new tub but there was no response (probably not their line of work?). Work appears to have been satisfactory. Grades reflect need for second trip and lack of response to request for proposal. But the repair was difficult, and their people were polite and professional. I would call them again.

THE PLUMBER WAS PROMPT-- ACTUALLY HE CALLED TO SEE IF HE COULD ARRIVE *AHEAD* OF SCHEDULE. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND QUITE PROFESSIONAL, EVEN OFFERING ADVICE GRATIS AS TO UNRELATED PLUMBING ISSUES IN THE HOUSE WHEN ASKED. PREVIOUSLY, THIS PLUMBER HAD ARRIVED WHEN CALLED AND, UPON FINDING THAT WE REQUIRED THE SERVICES OF A DIFFERENT SPECIALIST (LONG STORY), DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE SERVICE CALL. OVERALL, THIS IS A HIGHLY RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE PROVIDER.

THEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT, GOOD COMMUNICATORS, PROMPT, DO EXCELLENT WORK, AND ARE FAIR IN PRICING. ALL THEIR PLUMBERS ARE VERY POLITE, AND DO GOOD WORK.
