ATOMM TREE SVC

I saw them removing trees from my neighbor's yard and talked to my neighbor about them. My neighbor works for an insurance company which uses Atomm for their tree services. So, I talked to Ron Decker the owner and asked him for an estimate, which he provided on the spot. I asked when they could remove it and Ron said "sometime next week", but didn't offer a specific date. He just said he would come out and take care of it. I got the estimate on the Thursday before and they did the work on the following Tuesday, so I was happy with the time frame. My only issue on the punctuality was that I would have preferred a specific appointment day and time. They were able to do all the work with a ladder; however, they brought two trucks, which included a "lift" truck in case they needed it. The other truck towed a large wood chipper. They completed the job in about 2.5 hours and did great work. No damage to my house or nearby AC unit, or my neighbor's house (close by). They chipped up all the wood and cleaned up after with a blower. Overall, they did a great job for an excellent price. I would definitely use them again !
