Our basement walk was bowed and leaning in. After they installed the tie backs and drill thru the wall our basement start severally leaking and they would not come back and correct the problem. Our wall is straight but now our basement leaks.
Response from Atlas Foundation Solutions, LLC
"Atlas never straighten this lady's wall, we installed tiebacks to stabilize the wall. This wall was poured concrete with a thick coating of stucco on the inside. We had a good rain and they were out of town and they had a leak by the tieback which after investigating, it was a crack running through that area by the tieback which was behind the stucco that we could not see. The gutter right outside the repair was also full and overflowing. Atlas offered to repair the crack and a crack on the other side that was leaking also. They choose to go through our company liability insurance immediately and not even give Atlas a chance to repair the crack or anything else. My insurance company settled with them and then told me they have claimed water damage three times through their insurance company on this same basement damage. Contractors beware of this customer."

Fantastic service. Atlas was recommended by a structural engineer that determined we needed piers done to the front of our home. We got 3 estimates and Atlas was not only the cheapest but most honest out of the 3. They came in and did what they said they would. With a 25 year warranty we are worry free for quite some time. They took great care of our landscaping and grass while doing their work too. I highly recommend them for any foundation solutions!!

We had a (finished) basement that was leaking water during heavy rain. I solicited bids from four different companies, all of which proposed to do basically the same thing. Atlas was not only the cheapest, but they also said they could do it without tearing out the drywall or installing a sump pump (they saddled the drain system onto the main sewer line and added a backflow valve -- in the city, the waste and storm sewers are combined). Mike, the owner, was very friendly and James, the team leader, was very professional and helpful. The basement has gone a year -- including through the torrential downpours of December 2015 -- without leaking. There was some persistent leaking around the egress window. They had installed a drain pipe in the bottom of it and tied it into the rest of the perimeter drain system. It has leaked a little bit, and Atlas has come out 4 different times before concluding that the rain is hitting the shoddily-installed window and leaking in. I like knowing how things work, so Mike showed me exactly what was happening and -- despite my initial uncertainty -- I'm convinced it is the window. But since they happily came out repeatedly to check out and test the issue, I'm convinced that they'll honor their 20-year warranty.

Eric did an excellent job! Applied urethane membrane to the exterior face of the foundation around the sewer line. He had to excavate 3 feet down to the line. On the interior basement wall the sewer line was sealed around the pipe with epoxy which provided a water tight seal and no more leaks.

Atlas sent out Erik who was their crack injector specialist. I explained the history of the crack and he told me what he was going to do. As he progressed he told me what he was finding which shed some light on the quality of the previous repairs. The repair took 3 hours including clean up. Erik was also knowledgeable about the likely reasons for my leaks - overflowing gutters and cracks in the patio allowing water to travel to the foundation crack. Since I have now fixed those problems with the sources of the water and I have gotten a quality crack repair I do not expect to have any more leakage. Considering their professional approach and that a full three hours of work was required, I feel that I got a super deal.

Entire process took about  three hours, which included drying time before epoxy surface seal could be applied.  The work area was swept and everything was put back in place (washer and dryer).  Foundation cracks were small so hand tools were used instead of drills.  This process went so smooth and fast I really couldn't tell if Atlas rep was in the basement.

I bought my house in 1993 and the only time the foundation cracks leaked was during week-long rainy periods.  Not much water came in and it flowed directly to the basement drain.  But during the heavy rain we had this past December, I had a small waterfall and thankfully I happened to be in the laundry room when the water started pouring in.   My basement would have had a lot of water damage in the finished area if I had not been downstairs.   I didn't want to take a chance of that happening again so I called Atlas repair the cracks.  Have not had a single drop of water since Atlas made the repairs.

Animals were nesting in cavities under the stoops leading from our breakfast room and family room. We hired Atlas to fill the cavities and to level the concrete slabs on our patio. The work was done well. Holes were patched smoothly. It was a relatively small job but Atlas was professional and seems to have done the work properly. Users should note that the color of the concrete used to fill the holes does not match the aged concrete through which the holes were drilled, but that is unavoidable and does not reflect on the quality of Atlas' workmanship.

Staff was very professional and courteous. They had about 4 people here and finished in 2 days. Have had tons of rain and water issues thanks to metros sewers faulty storm sewer next to my youse and thanks to Atlas we have zero water issues. Ive had contractors in the basement getting quotes on finishing and they have commented on how nice the pump was put in.

I had a major crack at the back of my finished basement in which parts of the drywall had dropped at least an inch.  In addition my patio had dropped a few inches... The Atlas workers drilled 11 holes in my basement floor and pumped their concrete-like solution to raise and level various areas that had fallen.  After they were done the area around the basement was close to being level, but it is close.  There was only so much they could do since the area around the bathroom was near a sewer line, but they were able to raise the drywall to the ceiling..  I was surprised at the amount of solution they had to pump under the floor..  After the work was completed the workers cleaned up the area as well as their equipment..  I was impressed as well as things went....  My only complaint was due to a mix up I had to wait over 6 months (the winter months) for the project to start..

Everyone was great, from Mike, to Michelle in the office, to the guys that did the heavy labor.

I got several bids for this job, and nobody could beat Mike's price.

Michelle, the office manager, was very nice, professional, and responsive in our communications.

The guys were also nice, professional, punctual, and they cleaned up their messes. They even restored the landscaping to how it was (or at least the best they could considering what they had to do around the foundation). They really worked their a***s off.

Hopefully I'll never have to have something like this done again, but if I did, I won't hesitate to go with Atlas. They were awesome.

Initially we had agreed to try mud-jacking but the results were unsatisfactory because there was a very large void under the front porch.  When they determined that the mud-jacking wasn't working we agreed to install the piers.  They charged me for the installation of the piers but not for the mud-jacking work they had initially done.  I thought that was very fair and reasonable.
They showed up on time and cleaned up the work area to what it was before they started work.
I would hire them again, for sure.

When they originally did the work it seemed to make the problem worse. After expressing my concerns they would just ignore me. The problem has gone on now for over 10 years and I still deal with it today.

We were very happy with this service. They were very clean and efficient. We will definitely use them again and would recommend then to anyone in the area.  They did not do any more work than was necessary.  There were not hidden fees and he did not try to over sell us.
