They were prompt, and they did everything that they said they were going to do.

The day after the driveway was done, my mom called me to complain about a spot near their basketball pole. She said there was a large dip and a crack and that it didn't look right. I didn't come over and see it then...but instead called the owner John and told him about it and he said he would be happy to come by and look at it. I didn't hear from him and so the next day I called him inquiring if he had gone by her house and he said he had which I'm not sure I believe because I went by later and it is so obvious there is a problem that my kids can even notice that there is something wrong. He then went on to explain that he didn't notice anything and that I'm sure my mom was just used to looking at a finished/seal driveway and that it would look better once it was cured. John kept repeating that he had given my mom the sketch, etc. All of that is completely irrelevant. We told him there was a problem and the problem is not rectified. This is not considered professional or customer service oriented.

The work was done in a timely manner and the company was very professional. The bid was right in the middle of the others we received.

I do not have any complaints. They did an excellent job and were cost competitive. Everything turned out very good and we were very pleased.

I called John for an estimate and he came out the same day to look at the driveway, and I had the estimate within a couple of days. My driveway goes the entire length of my house, and around to the back of the driveway to my two car garage. This includes a parking area in the back. My driveway had rather deteriorated over the many years and it needed to be completely resurfaced. When I agreed to the contract, John and I worked around the weather, and my traveling schedule, and managed to come up with a date the job could be done. They came on May 5 while I was at work, around 8:30 in the morning, and were at my house still working until about 4:30pm. The driveway looks great, the edges are perfect and straight, and it was beautifully constructed overall. I was very pleased with the job. It looks as though it will last many years.

I thought they did an excellent job! My driveway looks great and they did a very professional job. They arrived on time. They were very cordial and courteous to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future!

John, was very professional and concerned, spent a lot of time laying out driveway with me. Really came out nice. Had to haul away a lot of dirt and bring in a lot of gravel and be careful of some old trees.

John R is the consummate asphalt professional. He seems to eat, drink and roll around in asphalt! He came to our home, described in detail the work to be performed, offered a fair (not the lowest, but fair) price, showed up on time, his crew was clean and neat, and did a wonderful job. Had I known it would be this painless, I would have called much earlier. This firm has my highest recommendation!

We were pleased with the quality of work and the price. The crew was prompt and the job well done. Only concern was that a large oil spill was left on our concrete sidewalk, but this was easily cleaned away. Overall, good value for the money.

FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, JOHN WAS RESPONSIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. OUT OF FIVE CONTRACTORS, HE SEEMED TO KNOW THE MOST AND WAS THE EASIEST TO COMMUNICATE WITH. HE WAS HONEST ABOUT US NOT NEEDING TO ADD A CHANNEL DRAIN AND OFFERED SOLUTIONS TO OUR DRAINAGE PROBLEMS. HIS WORKERS WERE PROMPT, NEAT AND NICE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED.

THIS COMPANY IS OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY. WITHIN HOURS OF OUR CALL THE OWNER WAS HERE. THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN 2 DAYS BY POLITE, CAPABLE MEN. THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS SURPASSES ANY WE HAVE EVER HAD APPLIED IN OUR 20+ YRS OF HOME OWNERSHIP. I ONLY WISH ALL HOME REPAIR EXPERIENCES COULD BE LIKE THIS. I WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE.
