Came to my home on 10-04-2013 inspector Bob was right on time, he came prepared, with a ladder and other necessary tools, he was courteous, and kind, he spoke in a pleasant manner, he explained in detail what he was going to do, he then went to work, examining our roof, took pictures and measured the roof, the process to inspect and make some corrections and address the issue took around 3 hours, once he was done he explained he would be preparing and forwarding all documentation in the next 2 days, and would keep us posted, he followed up with emails, and phone calls.
I would highly recommend Arch Consulting And Home Inspections. They are Professional Courteous Consistent.
