He arrived at 9:00 a.m. and went to work immediately. He cleans up any mess he makes. Your home looks exactly as it did before he came.
I have used this fellow as a handyman for years. He has done yard work for me which included fall cleanup, replaced a fence, painted rooms and garage doors, installed a deck, repaired my car (which he knows a lot about car mechanics). None of my car repairs have ever gone wrong. One repair I was told by a car dealership that my manifold would have to be replaced and it would cost $1,000 which he said was at a discount. This repair was done at the cost of the part and Allen's fee only which was not close to $1,000 and no manifold replacement. He replaced a wall socket that was not strong enough for the air conditioner that was plugged into it.
I cannot say enough about his work ethnic and knowledge.
