First guy came out, he was fussing and complaining about nothing. Then he said the soap dripped down into the hinge, so it wasn't working properly. He complained that this is a big head ache and that this would take all day. He then said he aught to charge me more for the service. The behavior was unacceptable. He looked like he rolled out of bed and came to my house. When I called the office to complain, the manager was rude and had me put the service person on the phone. When I gave the phone he yelled and said DO YOU WANT THIS FIXED OR NOT. I used the service before and have been a repeat customer. I used to be satisfied with the service. It seems like I am being penalized for the product I have. After all was said they accused me of stealing their drill. Another person came by and asked for me to give it to him. I wasn't with the service provider when he left, he didn't leave a drill.
