I had called them but because it was Sat. and the add in the yellow pages said mon/fri, I took the first person to respond to my phone calls. I did leave a message to Mr. Koppeis. They called me while the other service person was there ,who was trying to sell me a new air conditioner. After the other person left, I called Koppeis for a price quote. He came over and asked if the other guy had put gauges on the AC. No! He asked if the other guy did anything with tools to determine if the AC was low on Freon, NO! Mr. Koppeis checked my AC., put some freon in it and cleaned the outside with the garden hose and showed me how to do it every year. He said I didn't need a new AC and because the other guy got me for a service call, his was on the house! He apologized for not being able to answer the phone right away and said to call if I needed anything else. I will do that .Our AC works fine. It was dirty and I didn't know that was a problem. By the way, the other guy, wanted me to pay him personally before he installed my new AC. I think he was running on a shoe string and trying to dupe seniors.
