They do not make appointments. It is first come, first served. I believe they are open Monday through Saturday. Everytime I come here (about once a month) my car is in and out very quickly. They don't just change the oil. They check the tire pressure and your windshield washer fluid. They vacuum the floorboards in your car. They also always check the air/oil filter and if necessary they can change it out for an additional charge. When I first took my car here they also cleaned the connector area on the battery. I had them change out the light over the license plate that had burned out and also got new windshield wiper blades. All in all, I typically spend anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour here (depending on how many people are in front of me and how much I am having done). The guys are polite and friendly and always answer any questions I have.
