Excellent, John arrived promptly and even ahead of schedule, but not unannounced. Went above and beyond and was very friendly. Job was completed for $10 less than quoted over the phone as was not as in depth as i described,. Owner Russ was very friendly and accommodating,. I will recommend to friends and family, in fact already have, and plan to use them for all my future Garage Door needs.

We had new garage doors and openers installed by Sharp approximately six weeks ago. The guys from Sharp were always on time and very friendly. We found the quality and price of both doors and openers to be excellent. The openers are whisper quiet. The doors are, as the Company’s name suggests, Sharp! We’ve had many neighbors comment about how great the new doors look. As an added benefit, the Sharp team did such a great job sealing the doors that we can tell a marked difference in the garage temp compared to our old doors. Would definitely recommend Sharp…and in fact, I have already to several neighbors!

Russell got back to me within a few hours, then came to the house within a day, and I don't live close. Unsure of what was wrong, or what it would take to fix it, they dove in and fixed everything, and did it for a fair price. I saw previous reviews that also mentioned fair price, not sure what they meant, but now I do. Anyway, service was great. Price was fair, on-time, and thorough.

My garage door opener would only partially open or close the door. Russell responded quickly to my call and was able to come out the next day, exactly at the time scheduled to do the repair. It needed a part replaced that he had with him and so the repair was painless and fast. Would definitely use Russell again.

Went very well; payment through Angie's list was smooth and easy. Russel did a great job. On time, prepared, and easy to work work with. Although I have been lubricating my garage door each year, I see now that I was doing it wrong. The tune up special is worth the cost for the knowledge you'll gain alone. My door sounded like an attacking game of thrones dragon....now it purrs like kitten. Russel even did some extra 'ad-hoc' work on the top door panel to reverse some sagging that was causing extra noise and wear. Very happy with the results and will use Sharp again.

It went great. Russell showed us doors to choose from, and gave us a bid. Having never bought garage doors, I thought they were reasonably priced. Later I had a question, and he stopped by again. The 2 guys who did the actual install were professional and knew what they were doing.

Its nice to find a contractor who is a total professional. The owner and his assistant came out and looked at my garage door that had never been serviced in its 10 year life. They were 10 minutes early and called in advance to let me know they were on the way. They looked over my whole system and told me exactly what was wrong. They also located a cable that was about to break and cause me massive problems. They tightened up all my bolts, quieted my door as much as possible, and lubed the whole thing. He told me what I needed to do on my own to keep things working properly and left his card in case any problems came up. He even replaced a burned out lightbulb in my opener. They did a great job and were done and gone in a very reasonable amount of time. I even got a 5% Angies list discount and a 5% law enforcement discount to my suprise. I couldn't be happier and I have already recommended them to my friends and coworkers.

Did what he said he'd do, when he said he'd do it and for a great price.

I had an excellent experience with them. They did the work at a very, very, fair price. They were very quick and efficient. They were there on time. It took them about two hours. It was great.

Called early on a Saturday and they had it fixed before noon. Door was out of balance. They re-balanced the door, reset my opener limits, and lubricated everything. All my concerns were addressed. Job well done.

The tune-up was going fine until he got ready to leave. Then the garage door just starting operating continuously. It turned out a capacitor blew up and sprayed its contents on the circuit board in the opener head. The boss tried to find a replacement board that they were going to install free of charge even though he suggested the capacitor failure was not their fault. That was great, except finding a replacement turned out to be unrealistic. So, he agreed to replace the opener at a discounted price. I got a new opener installed with two remotes for $300. There was also a piece of the track that needed to be replaced due to being worn through by one of the steel cables. They did that for an additional $50. The original tune-up cost $49. The only reason for the B ratings is the tech who came out was not able to contact anyone in order to give me pricing on the track repair initially. And, we also talked about installing handles when they had to come back, but they did not bring them. So, I think they might need a little better coordination of the finer details. I have no real idea on the pricing for the replacement, but they were very prompt and the owner seemed to be truly concerned to try to do the right thing for me and to get the door working again as soon as possible.

The estimate was on time and for the same amount.  The installers were on time and had both garage doors installed in about 2.5 hours, which was exactly what they said it would take.  I've used the doors for bout 2 months now and they work great.  They are silent and require very little if any maintenance.  I also had the same company install two garage door openers about 2 years ago and I've had no problems.  
The only issue I can say is call Mr. Sharp on his cell phone directly.  Twice I tried calling the office number and no one would answer.  Not a big deal, just an FYI.
