Joel was very knowledgeable over the phone with a brief discription of the problem. He knew immediately what the problem was and quick to make the repair within 24 hours. Very reasonably priced. It would have costed double at other service companies in town. I will always refer friends and family to him.

Hands down one of our better experiences with contractors around the house. We were in a bit of a pinch when our system decided to break - one of the coldest weeks all winter and lots of ice / snow. I figured it was going to be a few days. These guys went out of their way to get us back on line and at a reasonable cost. The two other companies that quoted us were taking advantage of the situation and up charging us quite a bit. Plus another didn't even show up to bid it. In either case - very friendly crew. The owner himself came out right after we called to limp our unit along (at no charge) until he could line out his crew for the full install.
