TRI-COUNTY FLOORS TO GO

Contracted for this work during their labor day sale, pricing was reasonable. Original start date 9/3 but order wasn't ready in warehouse. Chris at Floors to Go confirmed the plan to deliver 9/17. He showed up 9/12 with material delivery unexpected, and we noted some of the material remained on the flatbed as he left. Installers arrived unexpected on 9/14 to 'inspect the site only' but not work. Called Chris to request better communication. 9/19 installers finishing up floor work were short many boards and had to leave to go pick up more. Called 9/19 to complain: wood scraps were left in the bathroom, 2 dents in our linoleum, and only 2 spare boards left at site. No return calls from this company in September! In October I rewrote the pricing based on actual floorboards installed and provided complaint in writing. I paid them what we determined is a fair discounted price, which they accepted. They showed very little concern for the poor customer service and communication.
