Tindall Exteriors is a Family owned & operated business. One of my favorite mottos is let the pros handle it. At Tindall Exteriors we believe it is important to know your boundaries. We understand if our car breaks down we let the automotive professoinals fix it. Most importantly though, we specialize in customer service. Our staff is well trained to help work with you & your insurance company on any claims you may file due to wind or hail damage. We have a friendly & courteous office staff with multiple roofing crews, 2 gutter crews & 3 siding crews. If we can't fix it we will be happy to help point you in the right direction.

1) Paul Tindall quickly returned my call and arranged an appointment that was convenient for me
2) He showed up on time and was always very responsive to voice mails I left. If he didn't return the call, his wife did.
3) I expressed my reluctance to deal with the insurance company. Paul told me and quot;don't stress about anything. Let me deal with themand quot;. AWESOME!!! And he truly did deliver on that promise.
4) Having worked in the roofing business for many years, he was familiar with my insurance adjuster. Bonus!!!
5) I felt my cost out of pocket for some upgrades was very reasonable
6) I have an average size home. The old roof was removed and replaced with the new one all in ONE DAY.
7) The yard was left very clean. That is especially important considering all the nails.
8) One of the workers parked his truck in my driveway and the vehicle left oil spots on my clean driveway. Paul came back and power washed the stains off my driveway. No more stains.
9) When the insurance adjuster didn't release all funds due to me, Paul faxed in the required additional documentation for me.
I wish all businesses I have contracted with over the years were as good as Tindall. I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, my next door neighbor was so impressed with the quality of my roof and the short time it took to install it, he hired Tindall too.
