I almost forgot about the coupon and emailled Thermal Science on 11/9/2011 requesting extension to 11/30/2011.
Mr. Breen replied indicating the only time he had available was on 11/21/2011 @ 10 AM. He subsequently indicated that date/time was only appointment time he had available in either November or December of 2011. He also indicated that the scan results would be sent to me in approximately three days after he preformed the scan. I then replied back to him that he should proceed with performing the thermal scan service on that date/time and also indicated the address of the Provo Lane property which I wanted to have scan.
I had not received the report as of 12/28/2011 and sent a follow up email inquiring about scan results report. I also mentioned the important need for it due to the 2011 energy tax credits ending on 12/31/2011. I received a reply on 12/29/2011 indicating that he had already sent it. He also indicated that he was "on holiday until after the first of the year" and that he would resend the report when he returned. I sent an subsequent email reply indicating that he should make sure the scan results were sent to my Quiet Stream Dr address which I had on file with Angie's List and not to address of the Provo Lane property which I had him scan.
As of 1/19/2012, I had still not received the scan results report nor received any other form of communication from Mr. Breen and therefore I sent a follow up email.
On 1/26/2012, I had not received anything further from Mr. Breen so I sent yet another follow up email. Later on 1/26/2012, I received a reply from him asking if he could respond the next day and ask for me to again furnish address information which I did in my 1/27/2012 reply back to him.
Then later on 1/27/2012, I received another email from him indicating that he finally found the scan results report and that "Now I can get the report to you".
That was the last time I had heard from him which is why on 3/23/2012 I sent another email to Nr. Breen strongly requesting a full refund due to non-delivery of the results of the service I had purchased from him some four plus months before.
Addendum: 1/27/12.
I acknowledge the fact that he did send me the scan feed on my computer. However, the agreed procedure was to send a hard copy via U.S. Postal office. If he can send the pictures via hard copy, I will modify the grades.
