It was a very good experience because we didn’t have termites. They were good for us because they gave us a discount because we did not have them and know you’re getting the treatment. They were very competitive. They did a good job.

I've had them come for years. They're the best. If I see something in between monthly visits, they come and take care of it. I have the same person come every month. I trust him coming through my house.

I used to use them every other month from 2009 to 2010. Then, I switched over to doing it quarterly. When I had them doing the work every other month, they were definitely more responsive. Now, I feel like I have been pushed to the backburner. However, I am sure they will come right out if I call them. I pay $77 for the service. The pricing seems reasonable. There were some things that I would have liked done, but the guy refused to it because he did not know where the attic access was. I will use them in the future.

They are reliable. I never have to call them. They just schedule them and come. If I am not home, they do the outside perimeter. If I were at home, they would do the inside and the outside. They spray for some special areas where you may have found pests or something. I usually end up with the same person each time, so you don't have to explain everything to a new person in every visit.

They are very prompt. They do a good job when we have any pest problems. The guy who we work with is Max and he's been doing this for a while in our house If he has to reschedule the job, he will call ahead to let us know.
