Things went well. Terry was able to match the new kitchen floor with the existing wood floor in the family room. People aren't able to tell where the old one ends and the one starts. He and his crew were on time. They minimized the dust and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Terry pointed out a couple of things that needed attention such as a leaky refrigerator connector and mold behind the fridge. My sister-in-law recommended him based on the excellent job he did in her home.
