Larry was a little bit hard to get a hold of both initially and to follow up on setting up our appointment. He explained that this was because he had so much work and only had a chance to check messages a few times a day, which was not an unreasonable answer.  Larry and his partner did an excellent job of removing the trees initially.  He and his crew were very respectful of our and our neighbors yards, causing no damage to adjacent plants, fencing, etc...They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and left no branches, sticks, or canes behind. It took several weeks before they came back to grind the stumps but when they did, the same care was taken with our yard, he went slowly and carefully back to the site of the stumps with the very heavy stump grinder and did not damage our yard.  They did carry away the larger chunks and left only a small amount of sawdust and they also covered the stump sites with dirt. My only recommendation for Larry would be that he could use an office person or utilize technology a little better to communicate in a more timely and efficient way with his customers.  I had to call him to remind him to leave or mail us an invoice as he did not drop one off at the job's completion.  When our dog ate the original invoice (yes he really did!), he couldn't have been nicer when called and explained the reason for again needing the amount of our bill and the small delay in paying as a result. Once you do get a hold of him, he couldn't be nicer and his work is completed to an extremely high standard both for the job itself and the clean up afterwards.
