They were professional but they were extremely expensive. They bill by the job not by the hour, which makes them really expensive. The job and the cleanup went pretty well. I won't use them if I can help it. They did everything they said they were going to do.

We were given the name of Eand M Plumbing from STL Pipeline, and after seeing favorable reports on Angie's List of Eand M, we scheduled the work. It was not an emergency, and we had no problems scheduling the work to fit our work schedule. The plumbers (journeyman and apprentice) arrived on schedule, were neat with their work (wore shoe covers in the house), and took care of unclogging a toilet after they finished installing the new toilet. They did not charge extra for unclogging the toilet; the charge for the day was the amount we agreed upon for replacing the toilet.

Found the company which was highly recommended on Angie's List. They returned my call same day and came out the next day (after giving us a head's up call in the morning) and fixed it quickly and neatly! We will definitely use their services again!

The service guy that came out arrived on time and was very polite. He was very respectful of my home and even put on covers over his shoes so that he didn't track any dirt or mud on the carpet. I will call them for any plumbing issues that I have.
