Great communication and work from start to finish. Dave promptly returned my call, met me at the property and gave me an estimate on the spot. He was able to start the next week and finished on time. The floors look amazing!

Dave Buchanan was sub contracted by my contractor to finish newly installed floors and strip/sand refinish two adjacent floors in our dining room and kitchen. While getting floors refinished can never be described as fun, I can say it was much less of a hassle than I had expected. They came out on time and were pretty flexible as needed. The process takes a few days as they need to Sand, Stain and then apply several coats of poly on top. Dave uses only quality materials and his team is pretty meticulous about putting up plastic, cleaning up to avoid the inevitable dust from getting out of control. Would recommend.
