The owner and the employees were all very friendly, professional and on time. Very satisfied with their service and would use them again.

This was a very difficult and tight location. Chad was excellent, did what he said he was going to do when he said he would. We had some challenges that he met head on and designed a creative solution.
I would not hesitate to use them again, and highly recommend them.

I got their information at the home show in St. Louis and they said they would call and schedule a free estimate, which they did the following week. Chad came out and talked about what I wanted and gave me an estimate. I called a few days later to move forward. We scheduled for the end of the week, but it rained, so he came out on Monday. He was good about keeping me informed on his schedule and when he would be available. He came out Monday morning with two guys and poured the patio that day. His guys were professional and did a great job. They made a point of cleaning up the area, including the front oft the street where the concrete truck was. I was very happy with the patio and would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were good! They were prompt in coming out, and they gave me a fair and honest quote. My problem with them was that they had not been in business very long.

We saw Chad from Coconut Concrete at the Home Show in downtown St. Louis in February. We told him we were interested in replacing our front porch and patio. He took our name and number. He called within 3 days to say he could come by but we had a basement leak issue so I told him I would contact him later.
I called him a month or so later and he immediately came out to give us a bid. We had gotten a couple other bids but decided to go with him. Due to the spring weather the project didn't start exactly when we thought, but that was no fault of theirs. Chad got a bid to us within a few days and then was very good about keeping us informed as to when he would be able to start the work.
He came out and removed the front porch and back patio and hauled away the concrete as well as some dirt as we were making the patio larger than it was. When the weather permitted they came back out and got the concrete poured. He then had someone come to put up the decorative pillars on the front porch, which they had to cover with the material that is used when your house is sided. They did a great job on the pillars - looks terrific.
In order to pour the concrete patio they took down a portion of our back fence. Chad came back out to put the fence back in place. He also brought some dirt to fill in areas that needed it around the patio. Since they poured not long after a heavy rain and the ground was soft that they had to drive over with the concrete he came back and seeded that area for us.
We are very happy with the work. I feel like Chad always called when he said he would, he e-mailed to keep us up to date, and he was always there when he said he would be. He didn't need a piece of wood that he thought he would and even deducted that from our bill - which he wouldn't even have had to mention it to us let alone deduct it.
I would definitely recommend Coconut Concrete to anyone looking to have concrete work done.
