HE SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME, WAS CONSIDERATE AND HELPFUL, BUT I WAITED FOR AN ESTIMATE THAT NEVER CAME. UPON MY CALLS, HE CONTINUALLY GAVE ME EXCUSES AS TO WHERE MY ESTIMATE WAS. IT WAS BIZZARE THAT HE WOULD WASTE HIS TIME AND NOT GIVE AN ESTIMATE.
