BRIAN'S LANDSCAPING AND CONSTRUCTION

Brian is very creative and pricing is very reasonable; but doesn't honor verbal agreements well and is very slow to perform work. I signed a contract 12/12/05 and gave final payment in return for lein waivers 06/12/06. We had specifically mentioned that we did not want a contractor working a day or two here and there rather than a full crew working to complete project in timely manner. He assured us that workers got right on task and finished quickly. He didn't re-sod disturbed areas of yard as stated; we ended up doing much of the clean-up or was done by our landscape company. He backed out of part of the contract (with a credit) due to being being overworked. His crew would start one part of project then move to another phase although original items weren't done. A period of 6 solid weeks passed where no work was done at all. Crew had little regard for trash; cleanup. Tools were left unprotected in snow/rain. Arranged for 3 appt's and didn't show or call. Rarely honored deadlines.
