BEAVEN PAINTING & DECORATING

Matt Beaven, the owner of Beaven Painting and Decorating bid the job lowest of three competitors offering more service for a lower price than the others.  A long time local painting contractor this was my first experience with Matt so I was a little nervous about how the job would turn out.  There was no need to worry,  the end result exceeded all my expectations and the work was expertly done with much attention to the smallest details.  He kept me updated on his progress (took a little over a week due to a couple of rainy days), and addressed the few concerns I had without question.  Since the project was part of my preparation to put the house on the market, curb appeal was paramount to my goal of selling quickly.  I received a contract in less than three weeks and among the very extensive positive feedback about my property, the homes exterior appearance was mentioned by every potential buyer.  When Matt says he's the last painter you'll ever need....well it 'ain't braggin' if it's true'.  I am relocating outside the immediate area and hope to convince him to do some interior painting and finishes at my new home.
