They are a major joke.  They thought it was going to rain one day and decided that they weren’t going to come and start our roof.  We had a storm come back in that night and that is when part of our ceiling fell down.  They didn’t put the tarps on.  It was just a total disaster, $30000 later; we ended up dealing with another company.  If they would have been here much earlier then when they got here, they could have gotten up there and started on the roof and that could have secured the trust better.  They said they did, but they didn’t.  Rain just poured in and our ceiling started collapsing inside our house.  They still have work to do here.  They were supposed to put a few things on our roof and they won’t come out and do it.  I turned them in to State of Missouri, to the state attorney, because I knew they did a lot of government jobs.  They are flat roof people; they don’t need to be doing residential.  They need to stay away from residential.  The material is awesome.  We got really good material.  They ordered the material.  Their workmanship was all a mess.  I had to ask them to clean their nails up.  That was another thing.  They left all the nails around on our grounds.  I have grand kids; we have a pool so I asked them to clean it up.  I couldn't believe that I had to tell them to clean up after themselves. They tried to come back and fix it but it was really bad work.  They just dumped a bunch of black tar on the roof.  They were just stupid.  They didn’t coordinate the color of the roofing with the tar that they were using to seal.  It wasn’t a hard thing to do.  They should have known better.  They knew about it but they went ahead and decided to use black.
