Not well. It started out very well and he had some good ideas. He would call and say he was late for various reasons; children, wife, car, doctor appointment, truck wouldn't start. He kept telling us he would get the work done and when we had to get firm with him and express our concerns, he became angry and defensive. Individual did not work a full week except for the last week he worked after we put pressure on him to get busy and complete the job.. He was paid at the end of each work week. He did a good job on what he did, but he fell behind due to his not working a full work week and a full work day. Unfortunately we paid him the final check even though the work wasn't completed. He got another job and said he would be back to complete the work. He came back the next week and worked 4 hours and did not complete any of the plumbing, electrical or remaining carpentry work...installing french doors and 2 cabinet doors. He told us he would miss the next week because he had to work. We told him we were not happy and he got mad, called us names, used profanity and said he underbid the job and should have charged us more money. He does good work and is very talented but lets his personal problems as well as his immaturity interfere with getting the work done. I had to hire another contractor to complete the work he left unfinished. He left us without any plumbing in the bathroom and we had to get the countertops done by Lowes because the individual did not start on the template until the 5th week. It takes 3 -4 weeks for the countertops to come in and we knew he would not be around to install them. I later found out that he had done this with other jobs he was hired to do. He never answered our phone calls, emails or texts. I would not recommend him to anyone and am sorry that such a talented person can't fulfill a contract.
