Horrible company, so disappointed that they participate in shady & unfair billing practices. Monitoring service was just ok, wouldn’t have complained as much except that they continued billing me after my service had concluded. By the time I realized they had continued billing me for service I never renewed, they were billing me $100s of dollars. Spoke to 2 different people who were totally unapologetic and unreasonable. Disgusting. Will never recommend.

The monitoring bill is a lot cheaper with Pro Guard and we didn't have to get a 3-year contract. The alarm works great, staff has been really nice. We just signed up for the phone app which I like to see when housekeeper and kids come and go.

I called ProAlarm when I purchased my home and they promptly provided a quote. I hired them immediately based on their service and they were able to install the system within the week. The technician was able to alarm all exterior doors, installed motion sensors throughout my house, two key pads and provided me with a alarm remote so I can arm the doors from my bedroom. The technician installed everything and cleaned all work areas. The technician then trained me on how to use the system, provided additional insight on how to stay safe. Overall, a great experience and a year later, I'm still thrilled with the product, the service and the coverage provided by ProGuard.

We have used their services for about 6 years now. They have excellent customer service. Their prices were definitely cheaper than other companies that we checked into when we started using them. Once while we were traveling overseas, the alarm was tripped several times for no apparent reason. Our neighbors had our password and the company was very helpful and informative to them and resolved the problem quickly.
