Barrett was great to work with! She is very knowledgable about the area market, timing and what to do and not do when selling a home. She kept me calm (no small feat) during part of the process where things felt very stressful. Our home sold on the first day for our asking price and she was very responsive, appropriate and professional from start to finish. There is no compromise in service for the lower seller’s agent commission and that is amazing! In fact, I would say her service exceeded many agents who charge the normal full commission. Wish we would have had her as our agent when we were buying!

Barrett has a program called homeowners Alternative. They only charged us 1% saving us literally over $7000 PLUS Barrett sold our home in less than 2 weeks and we are currently the highest sale in the neighborhood. We are soooo happy with this company! And even happier we found them online. Barrett was outstanding -- very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!
