We had an excellent experience with Ballwin Glass Co.  Their customer service was outstanding.  They came out and gave me a free estimate, and didn't give me any pressure to buy.  After checking with a couple other glass companies, Ballwin Glass was the quickest to provide their estimate, and schedule the work, so I went with them.  They worked with my schedule to remove and install the glass, and we had it replaced within a short period of time.  It was so much cheaper to replace the glass than to buy new windows.  They came out one day, measured the windows, ordered the glass, and then returned to replace the panes.  One window had been measured incorrectly but I received an apology by the installer, and a new glass pane was ordered quickly, and he was back out within a week to install it.  I wasn't charged until the work was complete.  I had a very good experience and will use them again if I have any more glass needs.
