Description of Work: Did not use for a new roof. They had written an estimate and I was going to use them but they did not respond back to my emails or call to the estimator. I don't need to do business with a company that is hard to communicate with.

Description of Work: Gave us a run around trying to get business after storm. Said our roof was in need of replacement. Insurance company investigated noted only minimal damage. Allen Roofing then said they would replace our damaged siding when they did a neighbors house. Multiple calls with no response. Second home I own in LSL was damaged and needed a roof. Contract was signed by my sister,co owner, Allen Roofing said they didn't have any paperwork. Too much drama!

Description of Work: Tear off and replace shingle roof on split-level hip roof house, 30 squares. Excellant workmanship. Very courtious and professional crew. Excellant cleanup. No up front charges. Billed after job was completed and inspected by their quality control person.
