While he was a nice guy, I am VERY disappointed!!! He missed a leaking basement, leaking water connections and electrical issues in the living room and garage. Contacted him and he did nothing!!!! Would not recommend!!!

I would recommend Troy's services for home inspections to anyone. He was very through and took the time to answer any questions you have well walking around with him. I mentioned about the house basement being finished but not permitted and he took the extra time to inspect everything visible down there.

He was very fast and very friendly. Report wasn't as long as others that I have seen but it still seemed like he checked everything that needed to be checked. I got the infra red camera for free from a special but I never did see anything about that in the inspection report. Other than that I was pleased.

Troy is a very thorough inspector. In addition to checking out absolutely everything (even making sure all of the windows open and tilt in), he uses infrared technology to look behind walls for leaks, electrical surges, and possible plumbing blockage. I feel good about buying a home with a completely finished basement knowing I don't have leaks lurking behind the walls. I was so impressed with Troy that my sister plans to contact him for an inspection, too.
