I didn't feel like I was getting fleeced by a used car salesman as one does when the realtor pushes you "the list' and the list of inspectors also contain a list of home warranty companies. He was most accommodating for time and the report was received promptly. The experience was much better than I could ever hope for. His fee was less than others I had contacted and he did much more than the bare minimum that others offered.
