We have used Steve for HVAC needs since we moved here in 2012. He previously installed a split unit to provide heat & AC to a room the previous homeower had added by enclosing a porch. There wasn't any ductwork to the room at all.
When we bought the house we knew we would need an new inside unit as the one in the house was over 30 years old (original to the house) so before it failed at the worst possible time, we had Steve replace both inside and outside units with higher efficiency units eligible for AMEREN. Once Steve had the unit and the weather forecast was for warm enough weather to permit the heat to be off for the day while he installed the 2 units.
Steve arrived as scheduled and completed the work in the day. He also installed the Nest thermostat and helped me get through the initial set up. He is very professional and great to work with. He answered all our questions, both before we purchased and after the units were installed. He even adjusted the final price to account for the difference in the rebate he thought we would get and the actual amount.
