It is always a good experience. Amber is very accessible leading up to their stay and is good about being flexible when I need to change plans. They have a variety of spaces available and with my 3 big dogs I usually book them in a Villa and it is more than spacious for them. I bring our own food and bedding and treats and all of it is ready and waiting when I pick the dogs up. It is a small enough operation that you feel your dogs are well cared for and get enough attention and time outside of the kennels. They are also barely 10 mins from my house which is nice and they have pick up and drop off options 7 days a week.

I would highly recommend, our Labrador loves going to Bed and Biscuit! She gets to play with other dogs in an outside area several times a day when we board her. She is 4 and we have taken her here since she was 6 months old. She loves it, she literally runs through the door to see what other dogs are there to play with. We completely trust Amber and know our dog is in good hands when we're out of town.
