Description of Work: Cell service for family of 6. Nothing but issues since...in Washington Mo. I almost had Internet thru them too then realized they could not come close the,my current provider...that was brought up by the installer when I asked,about speed; much less than store suggested.

 + -1 moreWe began calling in early June because the reported usage was 100 times our normal usage. We were working with a manager who committed to calling us on July 7 to review July's usage and work towards a resolution. She never called!
Description of Work: We use an AT&T hotspot for internet service since we live in a rural area with no other options. AT&T supposedly had the best service.
