Absolutely terrible. They drove our stuff across the country for us and then left it in a storage facility somewhere far from our house. Had to take a U-Haul over to get our stuff. Do not hire these people.

Terrible!!!  The pick up and storage  were fine, but they damaged a substantial portion of my lawn (new sod) when delivering the pod.  My driveway was plenty big, but the driver still tore deep through the grass and deep into the top soil along a good length of my driveway of my new house.  The damage was so bad that a different driver came the next day to pick up the empty container and told me that I should submit a damage report.  He said the other drop off driver must not have known what he is doing, because the 2nd driver brought the machine onto my driveway and removed the Pod without touching my lawn at all.  The 2nd driver also questioned why the 1st driver did not just drop the pod at the end of my driveway when he saw the damage, instead of continuing towards the house and creating more damage.    
I submitted a damage/incident report (#947235) in Nov of 2013.  I contacted Pods' customer service 4 times throughout December to follow up on the status, since they never followed up.  Each time the customer service rep said they had to follow up to see if the local office came by to check out the damage.   Throughout this process I told them that I have pictures of the damage the 1st driver did and pictures of the 2nd driver moving the Pod without issues.  Finally at the end of December, they said the local office would inspect the damage in early Jan (at least 6 weeks after the damage occurred).  I never received a follow up call on his findings. 
I then called back weeks later and the customer service person said the notes in the system said the local manager reported that the damage was not their fault.  I was told that the driver warned me that there might be damage, but that was a pure lie.  The driver talked to me about how old my driveway was and said that if it was too new the weight could damage the driveway.  We never spoke about damaging to my lawn.  Furthermore, how is it now their fault when the second driver had no problem staying on my driveway...and he suggested that I submit the incident report!  I disputed the findings, but again, never received follow up.  
In early 2015, this experience urked me again since nobody ever spoke to me about it to bring to closure, so I went to Twitter.  I tweeted Pods with a complaint and included my incident #.  I was shocked that even when mentioned on social media, I heard nothing back.

This was over two years ago. Had I realized they were on Angie's List, I'd written a review long before this. The big mix up came on the next to the last and last pod.  If my memory serves me correctly, I had ordered the last two of 4 pods  I specified the pickup of one pod and drop off of the last. I went over the dates TWICE with the scheduling person on the phone and confirmed they were correct. On the day scheduled I got home and discovered pod #3, not 4#, sitting in my driveway. You guessed it they got it wrong. When I called, they were going to pick up one and deliver one couple of days later, a very big oops.  Of course it was too late to do anything that day.  The last pod was delivered a day late which caused us a lot of unnecessary grief and a day less to pack. OUCH. I also recall they were scheduled to deliver pod #1 on Friday, the day we were to close on our new home but before the new owners moved out. I tweeted a scathing report and got a reply from a CustSvs rep the next day who said he reviewed the tapes and I was correct, they goofed. At least he was honest about that. He said he'd make sure it was all correct. The rest of the move was uneventful except for being a day short to pack and essentially running down to the very last minute. Lost and lots of unnecessary stress. I do not recall a call after the move to make sure everything went well. I personally would not use them again.

It went well. It was a little difficult to schedule th delivery of the POD. We wanted one for the month of June and that was busy month for them. It worked out. We were able to get the container delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The storage and pick up went smoothly. I would definately use this again.

I did use the, in fact I'm still using them. It's been an absolutely wonderful experience. I like their service and they are very punctual. The gentleman that came and delivered the pod and picked up the pod was a nice guy. They are pleasant to work with.

Had a 16 foot POD delivered to old address 11/1/13. Moved household items in by 11/13/13. Picked up and taken to Storage Center 11/14. Then had container moved to new address 3/6/13. Unloaded and had it picked up to be taken back on 3/8/13. This was one day earlier than scheduled. Needed it out of driveway so called and they accomidated my request with no problems.
When I came home from errands that day it was gone. Driver was kind enough to leave, by my garage door, a couple of items movers overlooked and accidently left in container. I would recommend this company as was completely satisfied. with the process.
