Jacob did a wonderful job installing an electrical panel for my parents. Tim did a fair price for the job on the estimate.

Very pleased with their work. Professional, honest and ethical people. I would get any of my electrical work done by them. I have already told my friends and family about them.

Overall, the service/experience was not worth it. The owner, Tim, was responsive, but has bad customer service. When scheduling appointments, we had to get Tim involved multiple times because his office manager, Karen, was not very organized and seemed clueless. She scheduled guys to come over that were unprepared and unaware of the job(s) they were sent to do. One time they didn't even have the supplies to do the job. To add, we were stood up in the middle of jobs twice. Was told they would be here at 0700 (took off work, etc.) and they just never showed. It was unbelievable. After finding multiple issues when each person was "finished", they would send another person over to finish/complete the job(s). Tim even had to come in behind them to check out and finish their work multiple times. What was really unbelievable was the bill. We were charged for them to troubleshoot problems they created..Crazy! I'm glad we're finished with this company. It seems they may be taking on more work than they can manage.

Excellent. They were very polite, professional, did a great job, when we had a problem they responded immediately and came out to fix it immediately. Highly recommend and will use again.

I'm so thankful we found Wired Electric! We had some prior work done by a different company, and that company ended up wiping out an entire circuit and really messing things up. When I called Wired, the owner, Tim, was super responsive and he came out right away to assess our situation free of charge. After talking to him, I felt confident that he and his team knew their stuff and could handle our problem (old house, old wiring.) Tim explained that not all electricians understand knob & tube, but that he trains all his technicians in it and they work with it regularly. The following week, Justin with Wired came to troubleshoot and fix our issue. I can't say enough about Justin! He was thorough and careful, taking time to explain his findings and even told us what the previous electrician we'd hired had done wrong. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Wired Electric for any job, especially if you have an older home!

excellent work, started on time at 7, done in under 3 hours.

After talking with the technician, Scott, about the electrical problem, he found the issue immediately (a loose connection in only 1 of 7 junction boxes) and made the repair. He checked to make sure that power was fully restored in both rooms and even labeled the circuit breaker for future convenience. Scott was impressive. Additionally he was very personable and friendly. I will definitely used Wired Electric again and request Scott. Payment was not requested at the time of service but an invoice arrived in a timely manner. I was able to pay with a credit card by phone and even received a senior discount. They also have a discount for being an Angie's List Member. Hourly rate is very reasonable. Scott was even able to come out the day I called. Fantastic service.

Service man was prompt, very courteous and professional. He also cleaned up the area as well. The issue with the circuit breaker was simple fix and the GFCI's looked very professionally installed. We plan on using this company again!

Excellent. Their price was half the price of another I received, and they showed up immediately.

They were right on time, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. Lights look great. The electrician noticed that one of the light switches was bad and replaced it as well.
