HENGES INTERIORS

Henges was a "partner company" to our builder so we were sent there to pick out flooring. Our conversation started with and ended with the fact that we have two 90lb dogs. We were very up front with our sales person Renee Lindsey about the fact that we have 2 dogs and our floors needed to be harder to prevent scratches from our pets. We had no problem paying a premium for flooring that would last, in fact we ended up spending $20,000 with Henges. Based off of Renee Lindsey's recommendation we chose a floor that we thought would hold up, after all Renee Lindsey is the so-called expert. Believing that she was an "expert" was our first mistake, within 2 weeks our floors were so badly damaged from scratches and scuffs it looked like they had been in the home for 20 years. We immediately contacted Henges and soon found out that their customer service was just as bad as their sales people. After multiple calls over the course of 4 months we were finally told that we had to go through our builder. Our builder isn't the one who sold us the floor. Because of one uneducated sales person we are stuck with floors that will no doubt effect re sale value on our home. Stay away from this company!!!
