Fireplace Service
One person showed up to deliver and install the stove, I had to assist the gentleman in getting the 400 pound stove up the steps and into the house. (I'm 65 with bad heart and bad knees) The stove was advertised as used and a couple of years old, the next year when it broke and needed serviced Mitchel's told me they didn't service them anymore as they were no longer a dealer.
As it turned out the stove was actually 12 years old and had been "Refurbished" I also found out that I was somewhat over charged for the ton of pellets as well.
Bottom line a visit from a qualified repair person cost me $570.00 for repairs to this stove.
