We bought this house in 2009. at that time it was 6 years old. All ready the back downstairs windows under the deck was already leaking. we had 3 estimates all was over 7000.00, and all said they wanted to remove the windows reset them and rebuild the deck. I knew from past experience that was wrong. I met Ryan when i was on my 4 wheeler and he had just bought the property behind us. He came and looked at our deck and told me that the windows did not have to come out and he said that what had happened was the people that built the house did not put the flashing up far enough and down far enough. and that he would take care of that and do it right. plus wrap the doors so the water would run away from the molding. What a smart guy!I am very impressed with what Ryan has done with the deck. its very sturdy. no movement what so ever. before if you stepped on the deck which is 20 feet off the ground it would move. it was scary to walk on it, but no its so, so nice to walk on it. He add extra support at my request. BEAUTIFUL JOB!!!!!!
