 + -1 moreI received several quotes for replacing our guttering system. JR did the best job of communicating with me about my options and pricing. His pricing was extremely competitive. I had a lot of questions about the materials used and he was professional, timely, and friendly in all of our communication. On the day of installation, he and his team was polite and cleaned up all debris as stated. The gutters look wonderful as he said they would and they are working well in heavy downpour. I would work with this company again and recommend them to friends.
Description of Work: Provider replaced front gutter, facia, soffit, gutter gaurd and downspouts to front of home.

 + -1 moreGreat - they were done in a day. The time frame was delayed somewhat due to the series of strong storms that hit the St. Louis area in May and June, but that is understandable. The job site was clean and the tenants and neighbors were happy to give a good report about the crew.
Description of Work: We contacted Jamie at JR Construction at the recommendation of the person who added a room unto our house recently. We expected top notch work and that is exactly what we got. The house that needed gutter work is a 115 year old two story home that we own as a rental. The guttering was in very poor shape and difficult to access due to the narrow spaces between the homes. In fact, other companies we contacted claimed that it would be impossible to work on the gutters! Jamie and his crew installed top quality gutters appropriate for the home, and took care to respect the integrity of the old and original detail trim work on the overhangs. Although the price was higher than some of the other quotes we got, it was certainly worth it knowing that the home's character would be respected and that the gutters would do the job of keeping the home dry and in good shape.
