+ -1 moreThe whole experience was terrible. After the packers finished packing almost everything they went outside on what I thought was a break and proceeded to drink with the neighbor. They stayed in the front yard for about two hours waiting for their ride to pick them up. The packer told me that they would be there the next day to load everything in the truck. At about 10 the next day I called the company to find out when they would be there and was told that it would be the following day. After my shipment arrived in California I found my prize posession, a 52" HDTV, was broken. It has now been over four months and I am still fighting a claim with them.
Description of Work: Moved and shipped household items from Virginia to California.
