 + -1 moreWe were told that the job would be finished within 2 days. It took him a week. He continuously asked us for money up front, and when we paid him, he would disappear for the rest of the day and make up excuses as to why he was unable to come back that day to do the work. This happened numerous times. The first few employees he used were incompetent. The would consistently mess up in some areas to the point that the job had to be redone. We could hear him yelling at them every time we would walk out the door. The foreman of the job finally hired some decent workers, but would leave while they did all the work. The results were crooked shingles as well as unevenly cut edges. They also wasted several shingles.
Description of Work: We hired this company after a storm had damaged our roof, and our insurance paid for the services. He came out, wrote us up an estimate and we hired him. The job required new shingles to be put on our roof as well as replacing a vent fan that went to our bathroom.
