PIXILATED PICTURES

I am so pleased with how he put together the DVD's and how he put music and worked with me to put it together. He worked with me to narrated it.

I found Mr. Cranford's company listed and I called. He told me he would take a look and he certainly thought he would be able to do the work. We met at the County Library, a good midpoint between our homes. He was early and very kind, polite, thoughtful and took the tapes after recording what I wanted done. I got an email saying he had viewed all of them and could make all of them into DVDs. Within a week, I went again to the library to pick up the originals (he had made masters) and preview the final product. I was so surprised at the quality and the packaging which made our old videos look like professional productions. He had enclosed inside the front cover a copy of the contents, a still picture on the front cover and chapters titled for easy navigation. He happily changed one of the front images for me and replaced it later. He suggested a change in the order which resulted in a saving of almost $100 from his original estimate. I thoroughly enjoyed each meeting.

Very easy to work with. He met me at time and place of my choosing for pickup and dropoff. Each DVD set came in a handsome case with title and pictures on the outside.

They installed appropriate sound effects and music to areas where there was no sound appropriate to what was going on. We were extremely happy. We were not sure how this would turn out because of the age and we were very happy with the quality.

A great experience! Steve Cranford went above and beyond our expectations. He was very accommodating, attending all events and activities. He even helped with manning the video equipment on the night of the presentation. The video itself turned out great! Steve enjoys what he does, and it shows. Highly recommend!
