Auto Transmission Service
We called to have it serviced and to get an estimate on what the work would cost. He evaluated it for free and determined there were major problems. (We were not surprised, but had been hoping for something simple) He started the tear down on Wednesday morning, and finished the job Friday before 6pm. My husband called a couple of times to make sure everything was moving along, and he took the time to respond to those calls with updates. When we picked it up, he let us know that he wants to take a look at it again at 200 miles, just to make sure everything is ok. Truck is now running beautifully. We didn't realize just how bad the transmission was until we got it fixed. We are very pleased with the work. Price was reasonable compared to other places that have done transmission work for us previously. Initial estimate was $1400, but final was $1313.
