The builder started in July and competed the work in December. It is a very small contracting co. His son in-law and another man did most of the construction. We were able to hire some of our own contractors, for custom cabinets, granite, masonry and painters. We did our own flooring. The contractor was very easy to work with. The quality of workmanship was excellent.
