"Hi this is Kyle Michler i am the owner of Phoenix Cleaning and first of all i am truly sorry you had a bad experience from my company last year. as running a small business i don't have allot of time for checking all my social media sites very often so i just seen your review and i do wish you had called after the service and spoke to me about this issue after the appointment because i number one goal is customer satisfaction. i looked back at your invoice and I'm not sure who cleaned the carpets or how many rooms the treatments were applied onto as we usually list square footage on the invoice, i do how ever believe i know who was out there because i had that issue with one of my guys only listing basic prices with out describing how much are that was treated and he is no longer with us do to cleaning quality. there is not much i can say about the prices at this time as scotchgard is priced at $0.20/ square foot and the disinfectant is priced at $0.15/ square foot. I will say how ever that i have not ever had a deal out there that included the deep cleaning process as this is not necessary most of the time unless the carpets have gone a long time with lots of spills and traffic with out being cleaned. I would however like to provide you with a free deep cleaning for the areas that were cleaned originally with no obligation on purchasing anything extra. you may call me on my Cell (314) 471-9753 and i will personally provide you with the deep cleaning service to make this matter right.
